The manufacturing process has been devised so that even though the amount used is small (0.5 g per cup), the taste is very satisfying. (80 g of conventional product for 100 cups => 50 g for 100 cups) - Matcha granulation process reduces matcha fluttering and improves the color compared to conventional products. Uji Kabusecha (first-grade tea) and other high quality tea leaves are used. The use of bright green stone-ground Uji Matcha has deepened the richness of the tea.

Le processus de fabrication a été conçu de manière à ce que, même si la quantité utilisée est faible (0,5 g par tasse), la boisson ait un goût agréable. (Le processus de granulation du matcha a permis de réduire la quantité de matcha flottant et d'améliorer la couleur du thé par rapport aux produits conventionnels. Uji Kabusecha (thé de première qualité) et d'autres feuilles de thé de haute qualité au goût agréable sont utilisés. L'utilisation de matcha Uji moulu à la pierre, d'un vert éclatant, a permis d'approfondir la richesse du thé.
