The Banshu Plain has long been famous for its somen noodles. Somen becomes more firm and tasty as it ages after being made. Somen is a limited edition product that is matured in a special aging warehouse for at least one year after it is made until it is ready to eat.
古くから播州平野はそうめんの名産地です。素麺は製麺後、時を経る事によりコシが強く美味しくなります。素麺は製麺後1年以上、専用熟成蔵にて食べ頃になるまで熟かした限定品です
La plaine de Banshu est depuis longtemps célèbre pour ses nouilles somen. Les somen deviennent plus fermes et plus savoureuses au fur et à mesure qu'elles vieillissent après leur fabrication. Les somen sont un produit en édition limitée qui est affiné dans un entrepôt de maturation spécial pendant au moins un an après sa fabrication, jusqu'à ce qu'il soit prêt à être consommé.
