Using the technique cultivated in Banshu, the home of somen noodles, this product is made for miso soup. The noodles are 9 cm long (half the length of regular somen), making them easy to cook and eat. It can be served in miso soup, soup, etc. without boiling like somen noodles. 50g (about 3 servings) each is divided into small portions for convenient use.
素麺の本場播州で培われた技法を用いて、みそ汁用に仕上げました。麺の長さは9cm(通常のそうめんの半分)で、調理しやすく食べやすい長さです。そうめんのようにゆでずに、そのまま味噌汁、お吸い物などに入れてお召し上がりいただけます。50g(約3人前)づつ小分けした便利な使い切りタイプです。
