It is a light soy sauce soup full of seafood, based on jago (flying fish) powder, with pork, chicken, sardines, kelp, scallops, bonito flakes, and tuna added. Especially, we use grilled sardines from Nagasaki prefecture as our special ingredient.
あご(飛魚)粉末をベースに、ポーク、チキン、イワシ、昆布、ホタテ、カツオ節、マグロを加えて作った海の幸たっぷりのあっさりしょうゆスープです。特にあごは長崎県産の焼あごを使用したこだわりの素材です。
Soupe légère à base de sauce soja et de nombreux fruits de mer, à base de poudre de jaw (poisson volant), à laquelle sont ajoutés du porc, du poulet, des sardines, du varech, des coquilles Saint-Jacques, des flocons de bonite et du thon.
