The noodles are made using a non-fried, non-steam process, and have a flavor similar to that of fresh noodles. The pork bone broth is made by cooking pork bones with chicken, onions, and other ingredients. Dried spicy red pepper, roasted sesame seeds, and green onions are added to the soup. Aromatic seasoning oil blended with pork fat, sesame oil, and takana seasoning oil is added as an optional garnish.
めんはノンフライ・ノンスチーム製法で仕上げた、生めんに近い風味のストレートめんです。豚骨にチキン、玉ねぎなどを加えて炊き出した豚骨スープです。乾燥辛子高菜、煎りごま、ねぎをスープに加えています。豚脂をベースに、ごま油と高菜香味油をブレンドした香ばしい調味油を別添しています。
