In the recipe for chilled chuka with "Marutai Ramen," a Fukuoka staple, "aji-tsuyu" is made by adding sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar seasonings to the accompanying soup and seasoning oil. By blending these seasonings into the soup, the product can be diluted with water to create a sweet and sour chilled chuka-tsuyu soup (aji-tsuyu).
