The chicken is marinated in yogurt and special curry powder and baked in the oven to lock in the umami. Onions sauteed until candy brown are used to bring out the sweetness of the vegetables, and casurimeti, alfonso mango, and other ingredients are added to create a sweet chicken curry with a fine adult taste.
