We are particular about Japanese soup stock and use Rishiri kelp dashi to give this soup a nostalgic Japanese flavor with the depth of a ryotei (Japanese-style restaurant). We want you to enjoy the taste of eggs, so we made it with only eggs as ingredients. Please enjoy the sweetness of the egg to the fullest!

Elle utilise des œufs domestiques soigneusement sélectionnés en visitant différents producteurs d'œufs. La soupe a une saveur japonaise nostalgique avec la profondeur d'un restaurant de type ryotei, en utilisant le dashi de varech Rishiri, avec un accent particulier sur le bouillon de soupe japonais.
