A thick and rich minestrone made with domestically produced roasted cabbage, spinach, roasted onions, and cheese. By "slow roasting" the cabbage and onions, the dish has a hearty, satisfying volume and the vegetables' natural sweetness and richness can be tasted. Only the leafy part of the cabbage is used to make it more palatable. Japanese cheese and gochujang (red pepper paste) are added as secret ingredients to bring out the flavor.
