高知県産の千切り生姜とペーストの2種類の生姜、国産の白ねぎ、そして、九州産銘柄鶏の「華味鳥」を使用しました。これらの具材をじっくり丁寧に炒めることで、香りと旨味が引き出され、お湯を注いだ瞬間食欲をそそる香りが広がります。生姜をたっぷり使用しているので、冬場はもちろん夏場の冷房による冷え対策にもぴったり!!とろみのあるスープと具材が絡み合う、うまみたっぷり、体はポカポカ、1食で何度もうれしい生姜スープです。
