This egg soup is overflowing with "umami," or the natural flavor of eggs. The volume of eggs is doubled*, and the yolk is added to the whole egg to give the soup a rich yolk flavor. Made with domestically produced eggs. No chemical seasoning added. Compared to our egg soup (double the egg volume is the amount of whole eggs and egg yolks combined).

Cette soupe aux œufs a une saveur "umami" débordante qui met pleinement en valeur la saveur naturelle des œufs. Le volume de l'œuf est doublé* et le jaune est ajouté à l'œuf entier pour donner à la soupe une intense saveur de jaune. Fabriquée avec des œufs produits dans le pays. Aucun assaisonnement chimique n'est ajouté. Par rapport à notre soupe aux œufs (le double du volume d'œufs correspond à la quantité d'œufs entiers et de jaunes d'œufs combinés).
