In order to achieve the thick texture and broth-like flavor of daikon radish, a pre-boiling process in dashi broth was implemented. A total of five kinds of vegetables are used: daikon radish, onion, carrot, spinach, and green onion. The sweetness of the vegetables is enhanced by the addition of white miso, allowing the customers to enjoy a gentle flavor.
大根のとろっとした食感とだし感のある味わいを実現するために、だし煮での下茹で工程を実施。大根、玉ねぎ、人参、ほうれん草、青ねぎの合計5種類の野菜を使用。白みそを配合することで野菜の甘みがより引き立ち、やさしい味わいを楽しめる。
Pour obtenir la texture épaisse et le saveur de bouillon du radis daikon, un processus de pré-bouillage dans un bouillon dashi a été effectué. Au total, cinq légumes différents sont utilisés : radis, oignon, carotte, épinard et oignon vert. La douceur des légumes est rehaussée par l'ajout de miso blanc, ce qui permet d'apprécier une saveur douce.
