The burdocks are larger than those used in the "Omuso no Omisoshiru Gobou" (usual miso soup burdocks), giving them a crispy texture. The combination of rice miso and red dashi (dashi soup stock) brings out the rich flavor of the miso soup.

L'arôme délicat parfumé et la saveur intense sont obtenus en faisant frire la bardane dans de l'huile de sésame. La racine de bardane utilisée est plus grosse que celle utilisée dans la soupe miso habituelle, ce qui lui donne une texture croquante. La combinaison du miso de riz et du dashi rouge (bouillon de soupe) fait ressortir la saveur corsée de la soupe miso.
