A low-sodium type of "koku-ami" asari-jiru, which is made with a gently sweet rice miso paste and a distinctive asari clam broth. The rich broth is made by layering the umami extracted from the clam broth. The reduced-sodium type allows you to enjoy the taste of the asari broth. Compared to our "Always Omisoshiru Asari", each serving contains 25% less salt than our "Always Omisoshiru Asari". This makes it a tasty daily meal for those who are concerned about salt content. Contains peeled asari clams, green onions, and wakame seaweed.
