Tokyo International Exhibition Center, commonly known as Tokyo Big Sight, is a convention center located in Ariake, Koto Ward, Tokyo. It is operated by Tokyo Big Sight Inc., sharing the same name as its popular nickname. The venue is also sometimes referred to simply as “Ariake” due to its location. Opened in 1996, Tokyo Big Sight was built as the successor to the Tokyo International Trade Fairgrounds, which was previously located in Harumi, Chuo Ward.
